Julianna Elizabeth King and Alvin Lucas Andre, both of Denham Springs, are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. They will wed July 2, 2016, at Amite Baptist Church in Denham Springs.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Ernie and Lisa (Parker) King of Denham Springs. She is the granddaughter of Milton and Mary Pearson, Lyman and Joan Parker, and Harold and Lillian King, all of Denham Springs.
The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Live Oak High School and a 2014 graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She is employed as a medical assistant for Dr. Kevin McCarthy at the Bone and Joint Clinic of Baton Rouge.
The groom-elect is the son of Barry and Terri (Johnson) Andre of Livonia. He is the grandson of Eugene and Margie Andre of Livonia and the late Jackie “JY” Johnson Sr. and Rita Johnson of Livonia.
The groom-elect is a 2009 graduate of Live Oak High School and a 2016 graduate of Baton Rouge Community College with a degree in Process Technology. He is employed as a Process Operator at Dow Chemical.
