Shanna Maere Lentz and Hunter Dwayne Miller, both of Watson, were joined in matrimony by Brother Ryan Rosenburg on November 20, 2016, at The Oakleigh House in Pine Grove.

The bride, the daughter of Artie and Lisa Lentz, was given in marriage by her father.

Shanna is a graduate of Live Oak High School in Watson and Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, and she is the co-owner of Platinum Sprayfoam Insulation in Watson.

Her grandparents are Judy and Gene Cunningham, Annette Lentz and the late Clark West and the late Pat Lentz, all of Watson.

Hunter is the son of Richard and Tina Miller of Watson and his grandparents are J.W. and Marilyn Miller of Baton Rouge, the late Gail Miller and the late Ken and Mickey Drude of Central.

Shanna had eight bridesmaids who wore aqua blue dresses and each carried plum and aqua blue flowered bouquets.

The ring bearer and flower girl wore clothing that matched the bridesmaids and groomsmen.

There were eight groomsmen, each wearing tan-colored tuxedo vests and pants and white tuxedo shirts and aqua colored ties that matched the bridesmaids’ dresses. Their boutonnières were made of plum and aqua blue flowers.

The music for the wedding was provided by West and Heidi Lentz, who played guitars as the wedding party walked down their aisle. Afterward, they took their places as a bridesmaid and groomsman during the ceremony. They are bride’s brother and sister-in-law.

Each of the two ushers were dressed the same as the groomsmen.

The reception was held at The Oakleigh House with deejay music provided by West and Heidi Lentz.

After the reception, the couple left for a honeymoon at a chalet in the mountains in Gatlingburg, Tennessee. When they returned, they took up residence in Watson.
