La. 1025 (Arnold Road) between Clinton Allen Road and Dunn Road will be closed completely beginning Monday, Jan 30, to replace a bridge, according to the state Department of Transportation & Development.

Crews will be removing a timber bridge and replacing it with a box culvert, said Kris Wascom, project engineer with DOTD District 62 in Hammond.

The work is expected to take until Sunday, Feb. 5.

As an alternate route, westbound motorists may use La. 16 to La. 1024 to La. 447 (Walker North Road).

Eastbound motorists may use La. 447 (Walker North Road) to La. 1024 to La. 16.
