TAMPA, Fla. – Hillsborough County deputies arrested a Denham Springs man wanted on counts of first-degree murder and armed robbery related to a Jan 18 shooting, according to Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Information obtained through Baton Rouge Crimes Stoppers led to the arrest of Thomas Fefee, 26, for the murder of Corey Graham, 27, of Greenwell Springs Road.
Fefee’s last known address is 23816 Rosemont Drive, Denham Springs. He was arrested without incident.
LPSO deputies worked with Hillsborugh County Sheriff’s Office on the investigation that led to the arrest at an apartment complex at 5:05 p.m. CST, according to Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard.
The shooting occurred on Monroe Perkins Road-- near Arnold Road -- outside Denham Springs city limits.
Graham, who was shot multiple times, was pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies arrived at the scene around 6 p.m.
LPSO detectives believe Graham may have had a connection to the suspects.
The shooting remains under investigation, Ard said.
