Photo SubmittedDarrell and Suzette Dugas of Denham Springs are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katelyn Sue Dugas, to Keith Mark Lorio II, the son of John and Bridget Shoptaugh of Baton Rouge and the late Keith Lorio.
The bride-elect is a 2009 Denham Springs High School graduate and a 2014 Southeastern Louisiana University graduate. She is currently employed as a special education teacher at Live Oak Junior High School.
She is the granddaughter of Vernola Dugas of Denham Springs and the late Wickliff Dugas, and Chris and Bena Lou Dedon of Denham Springs and the late Jimmy Huffstetler.
Her fiancé is a 2006 graduate of St. Paul’s School and a 2011 graduate of Louisiana State University. He currently works at Continental Laboratories.
He is the grandson of Ursula Barbara Hoffmann of Slidell and the late Warren Lorio, and the late Joseph and Agnes Duchesne of New Orleans.
Katelyn and Keith will wed at Oakleigh House of Receptions in Denham Springs on Dec. 15, 2018.
