In honor of Mother’s Day, the Arts Council of Livingston Parish wants children and mothers to come together for its next art class.

The Arts Council is inviting ages 10 and older to bring their moms in for a nail polish jewelry class. Participants will also make a necklace and earring set.

The cost of the class is $10 per person (supplies are included) and will be held on Saturday, May 19 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm at the gallery in the Denham Springs Antique Village, located at 133 Hummell Street.

Prepayment is required to register, which can be done by calling 225-664-1168. Space is limited, and the Arts Council asks that no outside food or drink be brought in.
