The 82nd annual Livingston Parish Fair will be held at the Fairgrounds in Livingston from Oct. 5-13. The event will begin with the parade on Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. There will be pageants on Oct. 6 in the Green Barn for boys and girls ages 0-4. Oct. 8 will be family night from 4-11 p.m. with $15 Pay One Price ride tickets. There will also be agriculture, homemaking and floral exhibits, poultry and rabbit exhibits, commercial exhibits and the annual Spelling Bee. On Oct. 9, there will be a VIP Students event, registration for livestock exhibits, the Rodeo Queen contest, and $25 Two for One Bracelets from 4-11 p.m. Oct. 10 will be Field Trip Day for grades K-12, judging of exhibits, the Academic Fun Bowl, the Fun Bowl, the Talent Show and Pay One Price $25 ride tickets from 4-11 p.m. Oct. 11 is School Day, livestock judging, Older Folks Day, the PCA Rodeo, and Pay One Price $25 ride tickets from 4-11 p.m. On Oct. 12, there will be a pet show, a dog show, a horse shoe, senior pageant interviews and pageants, the PCA Rodeo, and Pay One Price ride tickets for $25.
