Darrell Wayne Weimer

Darrell Wayne Weimer went home to be with his Lord and Savior at 9:48 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2018, at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge at the age of 24. He was born in Baton Rouge and a resident of Denham Springs. He is survived by his father, Brian Weimer; mother, Wanda Weimer; step-father, Bud North; two sisters, Michelle McLin and husband Ryan and Megan Weimer; Maw-Maw, Norma Pierce; aunt Donna, uncle Mouse and cousins Chad and Monique; Aunt Carol; Aunt Susan, uncle Paul and cousins, Lynn, Heather and Emily; and nieces and nephews, Ramize, Aylssa and Brannson. He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Jeff Pierce; paternal grandparents, Albert and Barbara Weimer; brother, Michael Crochet; uncles, Jeffrey Pierce and Mark Martello. Special thanks to the MICU unit 6009 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses through the Go Fund Me Account (www.gofundme.com/please-help-brian-his-son-is-ill). Church Funeral Services in Walker is in charge ofarrangements.
