MAUREPAS – Maurepas scored in every inning in picking up a 12-4 win over French Settlement on Tuesday.

Michael Vannapha, Cole Bovia and Chase Guitreau knocked in runs in the 1st inning to put the Wolves up 3-0.

Maurepas (3-7) padded the lead with two runs in the 2nd on Hunter Duplessis’ RBI single and an error and Guitreau’s solo home run pushed the lead to 6-0 in the 3rd.

Hunter Dupuy had a two-run shot in the 4th and FSHS’ (6-4) Jonas LeBourgeois knocked in a pair of runs in the 5th to make the score 8-2.

Aiden McCoy had an RBI single in a two-run 5th to push the lead to 10-2 and the Lions added two runs on a bases-loaded walk and a hit batter. Vannapha’s two-run blast capped the scoring in the bottom of the 6th.

Dupuy gave up three hits, four runs, five walks and struck out eight in 5.2 innings to get the win. Gannon Allison gave up eight hits and five runs in 3 innings to take the loss.

Dupuy, Duplessis, Vannapha, Bovia and McCoy each had two hits for Maurepas, which had 12 hits. LeBourgeois went 1-for-3 with 2 RBIs to lead FSHS.

Maurepas meets Pine at Springfield at 6 p.m. Thursday. FSHS hosts The Church Academy at 4 p.m. Thursday as part of the FSHS/Holden Tournament.
