Members of the Faith Crossing United Methodist Church Youth Group recently volunteered at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7017 in Denham Springs.
The group of 11 removed flooring from a salvaged storage building.
After completing the project, the group was served a meal of chili and sweets prepared by Vance Sutton, a veteran of the Vietnam War.
