A Denham Springs man is facing dozens of charges following a Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office sex crimes investigation into allegations of repeated sexual abuse and financial exploitation.
Ricky Foster, 46, was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center on 10 counts of third-degree rape, 10 counts of extortion and four counts of sexual battery.
According to Sheriff Jason Ard, a victim reported that during a relationship with Foster from January to August 2023, she was forced on multiple occasions to perform sexual acts without her consent. Investigators also found evidence that Foster took out credit card loans totaling more than $70,000 in the victim's name without her knowledge. Ard said Foster used sex as leverage, threatening to withhold repayment unless the victim complied with his demands.
Foster is also the subject of an ongoing YouTube series The Devil Wears Dunks , which has featured many residents of Livingston Parish.
Ard said investigators believe additional victims may exist and urged anyone with information to call 225-686-2241, ext. 1, or submit a tip through the LPSO app.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.
