"The people of our state aren’t going to eat 'healthy' unless it tastes great. We decided to use our experience to show that snacks can live up to our taste preferences, no sacrifice necessary!" said Alex Kreilich, an Exercise Physiologist and Founder. "People are looking for snacks that are not only good for them but also exciting to eat. Our brand is focused on fun and taste first; it also just happens to be vegan-friendly.”
“As a dietitian, I always recommend eating whole foods first. But if you’re going to snack or take a protein supplement, this is a much better option than what’s out there.” Elise Kreilich, wife and co-owner said. She is currently getting her PhD at LSU in Human Nutrition and has over a decade of experience as a clinician.

All Dr. Seitan’s™ products are made without artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Their Crunchy Puffs are currently available at most grocery stores in the Greater Baton Rouge area and are launching statewide at Rouses starting in February.
