Louisiana adds 426 new COVID-19 cases, 26 deaths; hospitalizations rise slightly

Louisiana confirmed more than 400 new cases of the novel coronavirus on Tuesday as hospitalizations rose slightly from the previous day, according to the Louisiana Department of Health.
