Louisiana fiscal improvement comes at expense of working class, GOP says in response to governor’s address

BATON ROUGE -- The Louisiana Republican Party, in rebuttal to a speech from Gov. John Bel Edwards, said the state’s stronger fiscal condition has come at the expense of the working class.
