DENHAM SPRINGS — Manuel Builders held a ribbon cutting and blessing ceremony Thursday to celebrate the launch of its newest residential development, Eagle’s Gate, located off Brown Road in Livingston Parish.
The subdivision includes 106 lots with homes starting at $278,900. It marks Manuel Builders’ second development in Livingston Parish, adding to its presence in Baton Rouge and multiple Lafayette-area communities.
Eagle’s Gate is situated near Juban Parc Elementary and Junior High schools, as well as the Juban Crossing retail district.
The event was hosted in partnership with the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce.
