Three Livingston Parish men face dozens of charges related to child pornography following an investigation by the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

The arrests, announced by Sheriff Jason Ard, resulted from an investigation launched in July and August 2025 based on cyber tips received from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The LPSO ICAC Task Force worked with the Louisiana Attorney General's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation during the probe.

The suspects were processed into the Livingston Parish Detention Center on the following charges:

Austin Fridge, 30, of Maurepas faces one count of pornography involving juveniles under 13 years old (distribution) and one count of sexual abuse of an animal (filming).

John Gabriel Sullivan, 51, of Holden was charged with 15 counts of pornography involving juveniles under 13 years old.

Caleb Blayne Yates, 22, of Livingston faces 22 counts of pornography involving juveniles.

Sheriff Ard said additional charges are possible pending further forensic investigation.

Warning Signs for Parents

The sheriff's office used the arrests to remind parents of warning signs that a child may be involved with an online predator:

  • Child becomes distant
  • Less communication from the child
  • More time spent on the internet
  • Secretive behavior about online activities
  • Switching screens when parents enter the room
  • Using sexual language not previously heard from the child
