The Four Seasons Farmers Market is open from 8 a.m. to noon every Saturday at the city parking lot at Hummel Street and Railroad Avenue in Denham Springs. Fresh vegetables and fruits are on sale from vendors.

In honor of Earth Day, the Library is hosting a free garage sale to extend the purpose of things shared, old and new. Please donate your gently used household decorations, cookware (no sharps), small furniture, toys, and electronics/re-usable parts by bringing them to the Albany-Springfield Branch from Monday, April 20 – Thursday, April 23. We cannot accept clothing, bedding, large furniture, open cosmetics, medical supplies, and hazardous or broken items. Please call the branch first to schedule a drop off time for larger items. Come to the Free Garage Sale and shop from the items donated to give them their next best life.

The next Care Center Food Bank commodities pick up will be held on Friday, April 10th, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at 2151 Tower St., Denham Springs (Open to all Livingston Parish residents).
